Highest level elementary and middle school English teacher as well as native English teacher supervisor. Alongside teaching students, my role consisted of interviewing and hiring native teachers. Training new teachers, creating class schedules and lesson plans for the school. I was also responsible for selecting textbooks and novels. I also created teaching manuals and guides for native teachers. I was responsible for writing daily report cards on the progress of students. My primary teaching focus was high level English proficiency through debate, novel, writing, listening, reading, history and science.
